- What is KCbidz.com ?
- KCbidz is a non traditional auction. Members pay for each bid a small fee, the person who has
the lowest bid and that bid is unique(no one else has placed that bid) will win the prize. Each auction has
a number of bids that must be placed in order to close. In your control panel you will find information about all the
bids that you have placed, how many credits you have, how many free bids you have, etc...

- What is the lowest unique bid auction ?
- Lowest unique bid auction allows users to bid on a product just like any other auction currently on the internet. As in most auctions the person who bids the highest is the winner. At LowBidGames it is the person that has a unique bid and is the closest to the start bidding price. The product is sold to the winner for 1% to 5% of the retail price. The price of the product is the bid that the gamer has purchased.
Consider the following example:

In the above example Bob and Don are the only 2 members that have purchased a unique bid.
Bob's bid is lower than Don's bid and there for Bob has won this auction.

- How do I participate ?

First and foremost to participate you must register with the KCbidz.com website. This will allow us to get
your information there for we can ship the product to you if you have won an auction.
After you have completed the registration form and submitted the form to KCbidz.com you will
be asked to retrieve an email that we have sent to you and confirm your registration.
Login on the website, choose the item that you are interested in and place your lowest bid. You will then be charged
the bid fee. The amount will come out of your Account Credit Points. To get Account Credit point click on Recharge Account link.
Now you need to wait until the auction is closed. The auction will close when the required number
of bids have been met.
Immediately after the closing of an auction the results will be published under the winners link.
Here you will see all the bids that have been submitted and the users Screen Name showing next to
the bid.
Winners will receive an email confirming their winning item. Items are shipped within 5 business days of
auction closing.

- How many Bids can I place per auction ?
- You can place as many bids per single auction as you desire. Do not place a duplicate
bid as you will automaticaly eliminate yourself from the auction. Make sure to place
a bid that is as close to the starting bid price. The goal is to have the lowest
unique bid to win.

- What if there is no unique bid ?
- Although it is very rare that there will not be a unique bid, however it might happen
and in this case the winning item will go to the first person that placed a bid on
the particular auction.

- When does an auction close ?
- An auction will close when the remaining bids have reached 0. Every member can see how many bids are still remaining,
once a member places the final remaining bid the auction will then indicate to that member that this was the final bid.

- How do I find out if I won ?
- When the auction has no more remaining bids left, it will automatically close.
The winner will receive an email notifying them of their winning item. You can go to
the winner link where you will find all the auctions that have closed and the details
will show all the bids that have been placed on the auction. You will have to click on the
link My Winnings and Pay the price of your Bid.

- Do I need to pay if I win ?
- Yes, you will pay the amount of the winning bid. Ex. TV $2500, max bid price is $24.99, you have placed a bid
for $1.37 and it is the winning bid, you will be charged $1.37. Shipping is absolutely free.

- How do we determine the winner ?
- All the duplicate bids will be eliminated from the auction. Only the unique bids are
considered and the bidder with the bid closest to $0.01 will be the
winner.

- What is the Bid Range ?
- The Bid Range Price is the minimum and maximum amount accepted to place a bid. There for from $0.01 to the highest indicated price.
The winner is the closest unique bid to $0.01.

- How do I pay for the bids I make ?
- You have to recharge your account by clicking on Recharge Account, which will ask you for the amount
to purchase in credits. There is a minimum of $5.00 credits to purchase. Please note that these credits are not refundable.
This will then credit your Account Credit, it will also give you 10% Bonus Points and your Loyalty Points will be
accumulated.

- Can I have the item shipped outside the USA ?
- At this time only members with a USA address will have their winning shipped to them. If
you do not reside in the USA please do not place any bids on this site as you will not
receive a refund.

- Are you going to share my personal information ?
- KCbidz does not share your personal information with anyone. Only websites
operated by Kakitech LLC will have access to your personal information. If you have
opted to receive a newsletter in your registration form you might receive information
about our other products from time to time.

- Do you have a refund policy ?
- KCbidz does not offer any refunds placed on a bid or in credits purchased. It is always at your discretion
to place a bid and should never place a bid that you do not feel comfortable with.
